Montreal transport authority ARTM is reissuing an RFP after receiving disappointing results to its last tender request. The agency will continue to ask for a software-as-a-service platform, while keeping its existing 6,000 validators.
Conduent did not even bid on the contract in response to the agency’s earlier RFP, issued last December. The contract would have been worth around CA$162 million (US$119.7 million).
